Refunds and Cancellation Policy

• Entry fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• No refund will be issued for absence, late arrival, or disqualification.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to unavoidable reasons, the entry fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• No cancellation requests will be accepted after successful registration.
